Senior Human Resources Manager – AerospaceLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: Aerospace / Aviation / Advanced ManufacturingWe are supporting a growing aerospace organisation in Abu Dhabi with the appointment of an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the HR function during an important period of growth.This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can operate strategically while remaining closely involved in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment and workforce development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the HR function and support the senior leadership team on all people-related matters.Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the organisation's growth plans.Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly for specialist aerospace and technical positions.Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policies and HR operations.Support organisational design, succession planning and leadership development.Develop talent retention and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and company policies.Support the recruitment and mobilisation of international and locally based employees.Work closely with operational, engineering and manufacturing leadership to understand future workforce requirements.Develop HR processes and systems suitable for a growing technical organisation.Candidate RequirementsSignificant HR leadership experience at HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / HR Director level.Previous experience within aerospace, aviation, defence, MRO or aerospace manufacturing is essential.Strong understanding of recruiting specialist engineering and technical talent.Experience supporting a growing or changing organisation would be highly advantageous.Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment legislation.Experience across both strategic and operational HR.Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline; CIPD/SHRM or equivalent would be advantageous.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding aerospace business in Abu Dhabi and take ownership of a broad HR remit during a period of organisational development and growth.The successful candidate will play an important role in building the workforce, HR infrastructure and talent strategy required to support the company's future operations.
