Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end architecture and chair the design authority.Design integration with an existing Esri ArcGIS Enterprise portal, a government identity provider, an API gateway and enterprise data platforms.Set the technology stack: React/TypeScript, MapLibre, CesiumJS, PostGIS, GeoServer, pygeoapi, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform.Define non-functional requirements: performance, availability, security and data residency.Review and approve every solution design.Qualifications12+ years in enterprise and solution architecture, including geospatial, data and AI platforms.Deep knowledge of OGC standards (WMS, WFS, OGC API) and spatial databases.Cloud-native architecture: Kubernetes, event streaming, microservices, infrastructure as code.TOGAF or an equivalent architecture certification.Experience designing for government or sovereign cloud.UAE nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
