🗂 We’re Hiring: Senior Asset Manager🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Senior-LevelWe are seeking an experienced, strategic, and commercially focused Senior Asset Manager to oversee the performance, lifecycle, utilization, and value of organizational assets. This role will work closely with senior management, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and other stakeholders to optimize asset performance, manage risks, control costs, and maximize long-term asset value.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.• Oversee the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, optimization, and disposal.• Monitor asset performance, utilization, condition, lifecycle costs, and overall return on investment.• Develop asset management plans, policies, procedures, standards, and performance frameworks.• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, operational efficiency, cost management, and value realization.• Conduct asset portfolio analysis, financial assessments, lifecycle costing, and investment evaluations.• Monitor asset-related budgets, expenditures, maintenance costs, depreciation, and capital requirements.• Support capital planning, asset replacement strategies, acquisition decisions, and long-term investment planning.• Identify and manage asset-related operational, financial, compliance, and business continuity risks.• Develop and monitor asset KPIs, performance dashboards, utilization metrics, and lifecycle indicators.• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams on asset valuation, depreciation, reporting, and financial controls.• Work with Procurement and Operations teams to optimize asset acquisition, supplier performance, maintenance, and service contracts.• Oversee asset inventories, records, documentation, tagging, tracking, and data accuracy.• Support preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, reliability improvement, and asset performance initiatives.• Evaluate asset technology, automation, and digital asset management opportunities.• Lead asset audits, reviews, inspections, and compliance assessments.• Develop management reports, investment proposals, business cases, and executive recommendations.• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on asset investments, performance, risks, and long-term value creation.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in asset management, portfolio management, facilities management, infrastructure, investment management, or a related field.• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, asset performance, investment planning, and value optimization.• Experience managing complex asset portfolios, capital assets, equipment, infrastructure, property, or organizational resources.• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including lifecycle costing, ROI, budgeting, and investment analysis.• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Experience with asset management systems, ERP platforms, CMMS, EAM, or related technologies is an advantage.• Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, governance, and internal controls.• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work effectively with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Maintenance, and senior management teams.• Strong understanding of asset performance monitoring, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple asset programs and priorities.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Asset Management, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.• Professional certifications such as CAMA, IAM Certificate, CFA, PMP, RICS, or relevant asset management qualifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to manage and optimize high-value organizational asset portfolios.• Exposure to asset strategy, investment planning, lifecycle management, risk, financial performance, and value realization.• Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional business teams.• Career progression into Asset Management Director, Portfolio Manager, Head of Asset Management, Investment Director, Infrastructure Director, or Chief Asset Officer roles.• A strategic, commercially focused, and performance-driven work environment.• Leadership mentorship, professional training, and continuing development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
