We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to support the efficient operation of our kitchen and Food & Beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring proper handling of kitchen equipment, and assisting the culinary team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and cookware.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house facilities.Operate dishwashing equipment according to established procedures.Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste materials.Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies.Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Support kitchen and F&B teams as required during operations.Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.RequirementsPrevious experience in a stewarding or similar role is preferred.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.Good teamwork and communication skills.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Career development and training opportunities.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Employee meals and accommodation/transportation benefits.Ready to be part of our team?
