Nationality Diversified nationalities are preferred, with basic English communication skills. Our current employees come from India, Egypt, the Philippines and other countries.Educational BackgroundElectrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Rolling Stock, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related majors.Vocational or technical qualifications are acceptable for technicians. A bachelor's degree is not required across the board.Work ExperienceGeneral technicians should preferably have at least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.Experience in metro, EMU or locomotive maintenance is preferred.Diesel locomotive maintenance experience is an advantage.Practical Skills Able to independently carry out inspection, dismantling and assembly, measurement, adjustment, component replacement and functional testing, in accordance with maintenance procedures.Fault Handling Able to read relevant electrical or mechanical drawings, use test instruments to locate faults, and verify the repair results.Safety & Quality Familiar with safety requirements such as Permit to Work, Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and risk assessment. Able to complete maintenance records properly and carry out handovers.English ProficiencyAble to read English maintenance documents and communicate on basic work matters.Candidates to be developed as Engineers or Team Leaders should be able to write reports and explain technical issues.Work Adaptability Candidates are expressly required to accept shift work, night maintenance and emergency fault response.Compensation & Benefits15 days of paid leave for every 6 months of work.One round-trip air ticket to the home country each year.Unified accommodation and a shuttle bus are provided for daily work.
