Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in catering, food & beverage, or hospitality.Must have strong experience in Odoo ERP, particularly for stock management, inventory transactions, receiving, issuing, and purchase-related activities.Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, GRN, material receiving, storage, issuing, and stock transfers.Ability to coordinate effectively with Procurement, Purchasing, Kitchen, Operations, and Accounts departments.Must be capable of working in a multilingual environment and communicate effectively in multiple languages.Good knowledge of Excel and inventory documentation.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced catering operation.Candidates with experience handling food items, ingredients, consumables, and catering supplies will be preferred.
