About Times Square WatchesTimes Square Watches is a UAE based watch retailer and distributor established in 1990, with more than three decades of experience in the watch industry.Based in Abu Dhabi, we operate across retail, wholesale distribution and e-commerce, offering watches from established international brands as well as brands from our own portfolio.As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a creative Malayalam-speaking content creator who can help us connect with the Malayalam audience through engaging, personality-driven content.About the RoleWe are looking for a Malayalam Content Creator & Video Editor who is confident in front of the camera and knows how to turn products and simple ideas into stories people actually want to watch.This is not a role where you will simply receive a script, record it and post it.We want someone who can come up with their own ideas, hooks, concepts and storytelling angles, confidently present them on camera, shoot the content and turn the footage into polished short form videos.The content will primarily be created for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and other short-form social platforms, targeting the Malayalam-speaking audience in the UAE and beyond.Key Responsibilities* Create engaging Malayalam short form video content* Present confidently and naturally in front of the camera* Develop creative concepts, hooks and storytelling ideas* Write or contribute to scripts and content structures* Shoot product, lifestyle, talking head and promotional content* Edit videos from start to finish* Use B-roll, close ups, subtitles, transitions, music and sound effectively* Create content that promotes products without making every video feel like a traditional advertisement* Follow relevant social media trends and adapt them to the brand* Experiment with different formats to improve views, engagement and audience retention* Work closely with the team to plan upcoming campaigns, products and launches* Maintain a consistent content style and brand identityQualifications* Fluent Malayalam speaking ability is essential* Strong communication and storytelling skills* Confident and comfortable appearing on camera* Good video editing skills* Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form video* Ability to shoot good quality content using a smartphone or camera* Good understanding of hooks, pacing and audience retention* Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas* Able to work independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions for every video* Based in Abu Dhabi or able to work regularly from Abu DhabiPreferred SkillsExperience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software would be an advantage.Previous experience creating Malayalam social-media content, product videos, lifestyle content, storytelling videos or personal-brand content would also be highly valued.Knowledge of watches is not mandatory.
