We are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Accountant to join its Finance team in Dubai.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee cash flow reporting, payroll processing, and expense reimbursements.
• Support audit processes, tax compliance, and internal financial controls.
• Assist with timekeeper setups, billing-related activities, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, VAT regulations, and legal accounting requirements.

المتطلبات

• 6–7 years of accounting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of legal accounting practices, including trust accounting and time-based billing.
• Proficiency in 3E accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with SRA Accounts Rules would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Candidates with previous law firm accounting experience will be highly preferred.
